Presentation Format

Full/Short Papers

Authors should prepare a presentation of 20 minutes for Full Papers and 15 minutes for Short Papers. A Slide Template for the conference in Powerpoint Format is available [SLIDE TEMPLATE].

Posters & Demos

Poster authors should prepare an actual poster in PORTRAIT orientation (height > width) of A0 or A1 dimensions. An optional template for posters is available here: [POSTERS TEMPLATE]. The style is optional; you are free to use your own style for posters.

Please note that authors are expected to print and bring along their posters; this will not be done by the conference. However, if you are arriving early enough, there are various nearby printing services such as Reads Design and Printing.

On the afternoon of Day 2 (7th Dec), there will be a Fast Forward Session for all Posters and Demos, where authors of posters or demos will be given ONE MINUTE to present their poster or demo. The purpose of this quick-fire round of presentations is to encourage attendees to come and have a more in-depth look at your poster/demo during the Posters & Demos Session that follows.

Poster Setup

Poster boards will be set up from 9:00am Weds 6th, in front of the DAVIS THEATRE in the ARTS BLOCK, TRINITY COLLEGE DUBLIN.

You are welcome to put up your posters at any stage when it is convenient for you, but please ensure your poster is put up at the latest by end of lunchtime on Thurs 7th December, and that you are standing beside your poster during the Posters & Demos session at 16:15 - 17:45 later on this day.

Please refer to the poster numbers (1-20) as on the conference programme webpage to find your allocated space (a number will be posted on the boards). This is important as some poster authors are presenting demos simultaneously and we want them to be near the demo area.
